Our existing and planned network of operational offices in emerging markets, gives ARCH extensive global reach. Our decision-makers are on the ground when it counts, and this helps to ensure investment and execution recommendations and decisions are made using robust, timely and relevant information.

Our 5 stage recruitment process

1. Review

We review applications to screen for a variety of criteria.

2. Video / Intro Call

Candidates are asked to join a Teams call for a short introduction to explain the role in more detail.

3. Interview

Should the candidate be successful in stage two they will be asked to come to one of our offices for a face to face interview.

4. Task

In some of our roles, but not all you might be asked to perform a task in order for us to access your skills for the role.

5. Offer

We will make an offer to the candidate we feel is best suited for the role.

HR will proceed with the pre-onboarding process which includes your contract, background checks, reference checks and setting you up for your first day.

We ensure that we do not restrict our job descriptions too much, this way we open the scope for candidates more and ensure we receive applicants from different backgrounds.
You will normally have a virtual meeting with HR and the line manager for the position. Depending on the seniority of the role, your next meeting could be with the CEO and wider team.
